We have a Leadership Team that gives oversight to the overall vision of the church and is made up of our four full-time staff members and three elders. Even though our elders are men, we affirm the leading and service of women at North Point. Our church family is represented by the Catalyst Team…a group of 21 men and women from all different areas of our church life who give insight, leadership and influence.
