Mike Farra, Lead Pastor

Husband of forty-eight years to my wife I clearly don’t deserve, dad of two boys and two daughters-in-law, Papi to three pretty cool grandsons and one crazy-great granddaughter, SoCal native, baseball fanatic, lover of fish tacos, cable-cutting live streamer, part of the jeep wrangler cult, shaped by Kingdom ethics, peacemaker and protector of sacred middle ground, comfortable in my own skin, ready to experience what I will become, always a youth pastor at heart, chief ringmaster of all things North Point.

Kyle Worley, Associate Pastor

I grew up at North Point and then went into full-time Youth Ministry after Graduating from Dallas Christian College. God moved me into adult ministry as a Senior Minister and now an Associate Minister. I married my beautiful ministry partner, who has a master’s in counseling. Hope and I have four children, 3 of whom are still at home, a daughter-in-law, and a granddaughter. My life goal is to follow God and encourage as many as possible to do the same. 

Allison Cox, Administrative Assistant

A small town Kansas girl who has embraced all things Texas. Married to my high school sweetheart for 28 years. Mother of 2 young adult sons and one brand new daughter in law! Lover of coffee, all things chocolate (except for the Valentine’s chocolates with the weird stuff in the middle), Hallmark movies and crafts of all shapes and sizes.

Jordan Conlee, Kids Pastor

Wannabe small town Texas girl, who has lived in the city her whole life. Only girl, in the middle of two brothers. Young 30-something who enjoys being creative, loves a rainy day and watching a good TV show. Has worked with kids of all ages and backgrounds for almost 15 years. North Point has been my home and family since babyhood. Loves Jesus and has a passion for teaching kids the truth of who God is and the importance of putting our faith into action in our day to day lives.

Simon Mwanzia, Young Adult Pastor

A husband to a rock star wife, a father to 4 beautiful daughters. Born in Mombasa Kenya, raised in Grapevine TX, and  served in the U.S. Air force at Nellis AFB. I enjoy basketball (Go Mavs! ), gaming, and a good podcast. Former youth pastor, and kid at heart. My passion is helping young adults find their worth in Christ, community in His body, and purpose in serving His kingdom.

Brandon Parker, Production Pastor

My wife of 20 years and I have been calling North Point home since 2007. You can see me darting around the church plugging in “blue-wires”, Re-booting TVs and PCs, and trying to remember the launch codes for all our hardware. When I’m not looking busy, I provide the low end for our worship team. I hear bass players make the best technology people. We have a kid in college and another moving to 8th grade. You can catch my wife and I around the Lewisville area with our band, Liquid Chicken.
